Everyone looks forward. How can we get better. Not, whos fault was this? Safety is number 1, before making money it has to be safe.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better defined goals, and bonus program. it may be based on a percent of some margin the company is trying to achieve so that it is not a set amount of money, but rather if you contribute x to the companies success you will get Y.
