Pricing, the corporate level of billing, how it is too micromanaged on a level that does not understand satellite offices.
It starts at the top. Managers need to be selected from a better process, not based on who they are friends with.
Safety is absolutely a joke non existent
Mannagement does not care about the customers , only production and making themselves look good for future bonuses and raises. They iften skip customers and eventually lose them to another company
Need a real manager over seeing that actually knows something about running an oil company, not a entry level filter crusher
Everything refusing to fix or buy new trucks. Expecting a miracle every day. To change it the company needs to invest in trucks and their employees.
