What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
honestly a few of my coworkers and regular customers that come in. thats it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING. communicationg with the other managers as well as the employees because its awful. They also dont care about employees health/emeegencies.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
just working together. and stepping up. i make less than everyone in the deli, almost have been there the longest (3years) and i do EVERYTHING. always told to stay on top of everyone else who is fulltime when im not.
