Leaving . The people in the gambrills giant are all unhappy . The store manager is terrible at communicating and makes most if not all of the store employees feel unappreciated . The grocery manager lies to staff and laughs at them as well as taunts them .
Everyone works as a tram
Customers are spectacular for the most part.

Managers listen whether its about work or personal and try to help you out and great co-workers to work with

Honestly there are some postives but the negatives outway the positives as im planning to leave this company as a whole because i personally cant take it anymore. Ive put so much into this place to the point where it hurts to see managers treat others with no respect.

Get rid of the store manager.
To care more about the employees
Stop stealing for one. Stop breaching contracts. I'm not the only one this has happened to and my lawyer wants to know each and every person it's happened to
I think right at this moment we need to get a manager in the bakery that actually wants to work and Isent so hot and cold to everyone and I believe the store manager plays a huge part in it to and he always talks about his bonus this bonus that and how he wants the most out of his bonus... Not good
