Stop talking and actually do the jobs that your there for, just because the boss favors you dosent mean you run the store. Id be happy if that wasnt an issue.

Leaving . The people in the gambrills giant are all unhappy . The store manager is terrible at communicating and makes most if not all of the store employees feel unappreciated . The grocery manager lies to staff and laughs at them as well as taunts them .

I think right at this moment we need to get a manager in the bakery that actually wants to work and Isent so hot and cold to everyone and I believe the store manager plays a huge part in it to and he always talks about his bonus this bonus that and how he wants the most out of his bonus... Not good

Get qualified hiring people please for better screening
Hire people that are capable of doing the jobs. Stop hiring so many mentally challenged that have no right working any job. And stop hiring minors that are limited to what they can and can't do
When I tried to get an interview it took months to finally hear back from the hiring manager when he told me they were desperately hiring, if that were the case, why did it take so long? Clearly it shouldn't have taken so long, and I shouldn't have had to keep checking in like I did.
When you interview and you tell them you can only do this many hours or can't work this day they say ok and then after you being there a few weeks will start to schedule you over the time you said or the day you can't work and they try to play it off like they never agreed to it unprofessional

Having the ability to complete daily tasks at human speed instead of kaiotic running around, breaking ur loads at an unsafe speed to make sure u hurry to the next task so in ur 8hours everything upper managers want done is

Foing a good job and costumer happiness
When the manger do what they say they going to do for me ..and not having to wait a year and then take me off schudel when i dont even have a write up since i started there
Nothing anymore, now its just leaving.
Seeing my regular customers & co workers
Need to have more coverage. Also better dialog of communication with praise rather than the need to get things done. Awards should be implemented so employees can feel that their hard work pays off
It's too gar gone. It's gotten so toxic that even the customers can pick up on it

The bathrooms are always infested with feces, bugs, toilets are never working, mold grows on the sink. They could have nicer management, nicer employees.
