My team is very adaptable, and that might sound surprising with what we have been dealing with, but personally my team here is great. There are a few people that dont put effort into work but there are also many people just like me, who put their all into work.

Stop talking and actually do the jobs that your there for, just because the boss favors you dosent mean you run the store. Id be happy if that wasnt an issue.

Night shift leader is a total failure. Lazy and likes to play favorites. Very immature who can handle the slightest pressure.
They do whatever they want late everyday call out all the time nothing is done all I get is we need them that is no way to run a company. All I can say is Giant is not the same
Better management. Asst Department managers dont think its their job, dept mgrs dont think its their job & you never here from anyone else.
just working together. and stepping up. i make less than everyone in the deli, almost have been there the longest (3years) and i do EVERYTHING. always told to stay on top of everyone else who is fulltime when im not.
