There down to earth .
Bad need to do better for the staff
My dairy lead is teally good and the managers are super nice
Their willingness and ability to answer my questions-aka-help me learn
easy to work with and friendly
Team work always willing to help
Good pay but long hours
They celebrate our good grades
They don't seem to mind questions and usually give credible and knowledgeable answers.

They are accessable and approachable

The leadership was very well run
They work hard to keep our stores in the best shape
Better traing, store specialist and ant upper exerts helping support their department managers daily instead of only coming to rush workers when district manager is coming in. All clerks and upper management be held accountable with district manager when departments are down.

Get fired and be completely replaced by competent people

They need to better at communication with their employees and better at understanding that their health needs to come first than working.

Listen and be PROACTIVE. If a employee has an issue make an appointment to sit down and speak with that employee and try to work out the issue.
