Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being a key holder for a year and a half and never finished the test

The night crew has an extremely physical job . We are understaffed and people coming in with no experience are coming in at the same rate as those of us who have years of experience. We are making less than almost all the business's around us . Which is why we are constantly understaffed

im not even allowed to use the bathroom more than once in a shift thats 6-8hrs only using the bathroom once

I am very passionate & i take jy job very seriously

Switched my pension and placed me in a 401K. Good old boy net work in hiring.

Terrible pay and few raises and even for the employees that have been there longer than me

Because they steal from us and treat us less than dirt. We don't get asked politely to do things, we get DEMANDED
