i literally get bullied by my coworkers just because we are diffrent aswell as for medical conditions

i think they could literally stop bullying me thats be great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
im not even allowed to use the bathroom more than once in a shift thats 6-8hrs only using the bathroom once
