Treated with respect by management
The leadership training was good!
very approachable, positive, pro-active, engaged with the girls
Driven, organized, thorough. Plays favorites even if it means putting quality at stake.
Stop hoarding bonuses and making hasty cuts, give your team the staff and funds they need to operate
Transparency needs to be transparent.
It’s comparable to other companie
I like the generous paid time off
medical benefits for employee are better than competitive.
They froze our 403b plan except if you work for the NY council
they would make us work ridiculous hours and we would never see the outcome of our work. The mission was nonstop and most of it could be automated
I get five dollars an hour and that is only when I did use my daily rate total and some days I make two dollars an hour.
I am not paid a realistic wage for all of the additional jobs they have asked me to take on. They fire an employee and expect another to take on all of those responsibilities with no end date in sight, and no compensation.
good communication, concerned about quality vs. quantity

They need to share better and not work in silos.
Respect for diversity and inclusion of LGBT+ individuals.
Folks want the best for one another and the team.
Everyone is there to help and encourage each other
The culture is whatever the political climate of the day is. DEI training and white fragility are forced on employees with no real bridge provide to over come inequalities. The best thing about this company is paid time off for winter break.

The whole structure, first we need to be paid more and then second giving benefits if we have to work 70 plus hours.
Back stabbing is at a high. HR is worthless if you have a problem or concern.

Hire an actual HR team instead of one person with one overseeing executive. Maybe then people will actually be properly on boarded.
See the difference I make on our members.
the sense of family with my team
