What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Respect for diversity and inclusion of LGBT+ individuals.

Folks want the best for one another and the team.

Everyone is there to help and encourage each other

The culture is whatever the political climate of the day is. DEI training and white fragility are forced on employees with no real bridge provide to over come inequalities. The best thing about this company is paid time off for winter break.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

allow us to work less hours, give more freedom in what we do

The whole structure, first we need to be paid more and then second giving benefits if we have to work 70 plus hours.

Back stabbing is at a high. HR is worthless if you have a problem or concern.
