allow us to work less hours, give more freedom in what we do

the rules are outdated and things needs change what we do today is what we did 50 years ago and it has to change
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they would make us work ridiculous hours and we would never see the outcome of our work. The mission was nonstop and most of it could be automated
