What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?As a student worker, GCE is very good at putting being a student before work and we can adjust hours at will. The culture, at least in my department is very laid back in most areas.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Toxicity..... The office is a toxic joke. Don't befriend anyone they won't be there for long
