It was a phone interview. Easy

Very personable and helped me to understand the company more.

Virtual interviews were helpful but did make the first day in the office more challenging. I enjoyed meeting a member from all levels of the team, a co-worker, my manager and a member of leadership.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

its terrible. people come in in jeans and a t-shirt for the interview and is seen as acceptable interview attire which is not correct

Hiring needs to be done by hallmark not 3rd party

allow person to randomly speak to people in various departments and withing the department being interviewed for
