They're not afraid to work and we don't have any slackers on our team
Comp trolling directive thoughts and Greeting
Always gives praise to employees
They are wonderful and very helpful.
When I need help, they're always there for me during shifts and it means more to me than they know.
They listen to our needs
Training thoroughness and patience to new employees.
Their willingness to hire the best, provide additional training out of school and provide the tools to do the very best job. It was my first job out of college for 2 years, and after a career of nearly 50 years, I reflect on the value to me, my family and the customers I served.
They are very understanding and kind hearted!
Nice to be associated with a company most people like.
They practice what they preach when it comes to work life balance and they are always open to new ideas and ways to work
I just like when leaders are calm, straightforward, but fair
The team is like a family, they are there when you need them.
They're all in as a group.
Sometimes work is both serious and fun. We get the job done.
My manager is wonderful. I feel like she has my back. But some expectations from corp seem a bit much.
Always available no matter what you need
Honestly just everything about the team is amazing
My team leaders afford me with an extremely flexible schedule. I am a parent first and a Hallmarker second. They give me a structured guideline for product and hours and I plan my work day/week based around that. I am also allowed creative freedom in situations when product is unavailable.
Vision / profit - market insigh.
Authentic leadership and sound business decisions
Paying the employees and waking uo to reality
Communication, practicality, reality, and empathy
Transparency, process standardization, source directly to manufacturers, internal education.
Communication in a respectful manner not letting their friendships with their employees affect other employees.
store manager doesn't take mental health and employees with disabilities seriously and works them to the bone

Communication with the field employees. Responding to them would be key.
Value your employees and listen to their feedback. They are the ones in the stores working with products and customers. Working from an office daily with no interaction does not make you an expert on what should be done, why and how. Start caring about employees instead of your bonuses.

LEADING…they have no morals or values and their professionalism is greatly lacking. My supervisor is rude and always ridiculing everything we all
Review from Customer Support Dept
Focus on skilled and profitable managers. Not your favorites.
Staying focused on Hallmark Cards and products, get out of the world. Get into their territories and listen to their teams. They would grasp issues if they worked with the handheld devices and worked accounts
Better leadership in general. Hire leaders that know how to do an exceptional job & have high standards. Leaders that listen to their employees input & focus on building a dream team. Working together as one focused united team. Someone that can make great decisions & is able to improvise if needed.
Review from Sales Dept
Stop being so lazy, actually train their new employees. They also need to treat their employees better. The pay is terrible, no bonus or time and a half for working on holiday, it's ridiculous.
Review from Operations Dept
Listen to employees and give more respect
they need to give back to the community and encourage their employees to make goals and start up fundraisers for their community. My town was hit from the fires and Hallmark did NOT help the community.
