Stop micro managing and let the associates do their jobs and stop harassing senior workers about what they are wearing on their feet
new management in a lot of stores would be a wise move
Logistics and communication with warehouse, emailing corporate, etc are at an all time low. Skeleton crews being weighed down by late and often wrong shipments. Still no seeming of understanding these situations. Words but no actions. Kills morale.
Get rid of store managers and department managers who do not produce
Listen to the employees that have been around. A degree from a community College doesn't mean you know anything about a supermarket.
Treat. workers. better. better benefits. managers need to do more. pay higher. our turnover rate is so high it feels like we get a new group of workers every month.

There is a massive disconnect between the corporate office and in store workers Corporate does not care about working conditions or fair wages. The general work force has become an army of deposable people and a never ending supply of kids who have no work ethic. Learn to value the dedicated workers
