Communication and advocating for employees.

They could be far more organized and observant, as well as actually helping instead of hiding around the store, avoiding responsibility.
Communication and how communication is presented and represented
Seeing whats going on on a day to day basis.. Just pay attention.
They need to schedule better
Ive only had a 50 cent raise every year ive worked including after swutching positions and was the only nightly closer

Pharmacist compensation should be increased to keep up with current market trends, especially in regard for management + offering student loan reimbursement options for current employees
I make minimum wage and have been given many many more responsibilities than my coworkers, and have been compensated in no way after almost a year of it. Even after requests.
Extremely undervalued and underpaid. For being one of the most expensive grocery stores in the North East, they pay the least. Employees have yet to see livable wages and fair compensation packages.
If the employer's, CEO and executive team saw how little the "grunts" make and how we cannot hire enough staff due to the wages being so abysmal.
To worry about their positon and business and not to get involved with spreading my business all over the store. It statts with managers of depts and spreads arojnd the store and its nobody else's business when I call out to be spread around the entire story for everyone to know
The language barrier is a real problem
Communication from leaders two associates
make sense would help work with not against a better store experience
Management needs to care more about their employees!
More appreciation of employees who are dedicated and very hard working
Managers need to stop making employees feel worthless or like what they do isnt good enough
Actually taking what employees say seriously about how they are treated and what their limits are. The managers are fake nice at best and are hiding the fact that they are mean.
Need to stop chasing the dollar and actually make a non hostile work environment
New management. No drama. The CSM and assistants biggest issue is they talk down. Never to thr same position or up to other managers. Therefore it just cycles drama on the floor. IF I DO SOMETHING WRONG. I DO NOT WANT ALL MY CO WORKERS TALKING ABOUT IT. it's one thing if it's management.
Hire people who know the grocery business
All benefits should be explained to employees and when they are eligible. Handbook should be given to all new employees. Unfortunately, Hannaford has no such Handbook or written explanation of benefits. Someday may lead to a law suit.
Actually hire because we want them. Not need them. At this point we will hire anyone. I've got people on the front end sexually harassing other people and management too. No one wants to do anything about it though. Plus a plethora of people who don't care about their job.
Store manager could have been there when I showed up for my scheduled interview. I was asked to reschedule after coming into the store. Was asked many difficult and slightly irrelevant questions which I was unprepared for and ended up giving some terrible responses... But was still offered the job.
The store manager was not in during the time of my scheduled interview and I had to come back later in the afternoon to actually get an official interview
Stop micro managing and let the associates do their jobs and stop harassing senior workers about what they are wearing on their feet
new management in a lot of stores would be a wise move
Logistics and communication with warehouse, emailing corporate, etc are at an all time low. Skeleton crews being weighed down by late and often wrong shipments. Still no seeming of understanding these situations. Words but no actions. Kills morale.
Get rid of store managers and department managers who do not produce
Listen to the employees that have been around. A degree from a community College doesn't mean you know anything about a supermarket.
scheduled raises would be good
