Training.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership in CCU. They just throw people in and start barking orders without appropriate training.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need leadership that cares. Need quality and not quantity. Need to have better EOM. Thursday should be cut off for EOM.
