This company has forgotten that they exist because of patient care. Being a hospital, the patient should take priority. This company is making changes and decisions that are not patient based. Some of these decisions actually can put patients at risk for injury.

The health care benefits are laughable. We basically pay all of our health care costs out of pocket.
