Nurses in other states make more with less experience.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Peer interview process was great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to engage with all of us. Don't like the mandatory meetings to get to know them though.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together as a team and are there for each other whenever needed. Best part of my job and a major reason as to not leave!
