First line manager is terrific. Higher ups only care about the bottom line. Staff is constantly cut and the patient doesn’t matter to the higher ups. CEO/CFO say they want to work with staff, but they constantly leave us with staff and without resources for our patient

This company has forgotten that they exist because of patient care. Being a hospital, the patient should take priority. This company is making changes and decisions that are not patient based. Some of these decisions actually can put patients at risk for injury.
