It was too long ago and with another company who owned us before HCA corrupted us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co-workers work hard. Unfortunately they are all leaving to other hospitals in the Bay Area who actually care about their employees and patients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
First line manager is terrific. Higher ups only care about the bottom line. Staff is constantly cut and the patient doesn’t matter to the higher ups. CEO/CFO say they want to work with staff, but they constantly leave us with staff and without resources for our patient

See last comment. Listen to your employees and stop cutting safe staffing. Actually care about your employees and customers. A child is not a number!! Your family member is not a number. Stop having number crunchers tell us what “safe staffing” is and listen to the professionals who do the wo
