    Having clear objectives across the company. Everyone is heading in the same direction with common goals. Great leadership who take care of the folks that take care of them. Everyone wants to be hear for the right reasons, the culture is strong and the employees believe in leadership.

    Most staff members on my team work remotely from their home offices. HRS's (Business unit of RevSpring) core competency is hospital revenue cycle consultants, most travel weekly or support customers remotely. We make frequent visits to corporate where the environment is fast-paced but fun.

    Most of my teammates have been together for 10+ years. We've been fortunate to have built a culture of highly skilled and dedicated staff. We've retained them by continue market analysis and incentives that make sense.
