The positive culture was created by our previous manager - when he left, things went south really quick. He always worked the assigned tasks with us so he knows what we're going through, he'd get to know us on a personal level in order to connect with us, and you know you can go to him anytime.
Most of us balance each other out. There are the few duds who are favored by management but make mistakes and don't pay attention to detail.
We work as an actual team, helping each other out and not focusing on ourselves. We work to make the patient experience the best it can be
