no one is held accountable, if you do not feel like working, that is fine, others will just get the work to do. If you want to leave at anytime even with no PTO that is fine too.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we have no meetings, and getting staff that actually works would be a good start
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to make more of an effort to hold people accountable and do coaching, and not just do the job for them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel those that actually work all day should NOT get the same pay raise or close to those that literally do nothing all day
