Unfortunately like others have said 2.5 % annual raise. Year affer year no matter what great job you did. And after many years of working there they will hire someone for more oay then you make after many years. Sad

Hiring others at more oay then i make after many yesrs of servoce makes an employee feel decalued. Its a horrible feeling.
