What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No team building. More scolding/admonishment than praise.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Fairly transparent process from what Is remembered

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Bringing people together to achieve what HealthPartners claims is its mission statement: head + heart

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

At least pay the going rate. HR needs to do their research regarding how people doing commensurate work are being paid.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everybody looks withered and defeated. Permanent winter. IS&T really needs to work on the basics: making people happy to come to work everyday. New leadership doesn?
