The Salary. However, there is t a bonus lrgram in olace and that is discouraging.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Give out free swag to managers. The managers working in the DCs get little to nothing. Mamager retainabity is a thing. The next thing we get is an email saying we can buy swag. Not a solid move.
