Initial experience for the first 2 years was amazing. I was working well above any level I've ever had. I felt challenged and supported. Since the pandemic it's been a bit more detached, lacking sr leadership insights, limited communication downward, and barely any support for weekly tasks.

Knowledgeable, growth-focused, business-focused - but after going through a pandemic together we have grown very close.
