The benefits, including Cigna, are worse than previous employers. At a previous employer that offered the same Cigna HSA, they also offered people-based incentives to receive funds from the company (i.e. $100 from company if you got annual physical). HelloFresh elected not to offer this option
In my 14 years of working, I have never felt as disempowered by my VP and as unsupported by HR as I do at HelloFresh. It feels like there is no outlet to express your true feelings or concerns, and it is better not to share your opinions or recommendations
