Acknowledgement of hard work and achievements. Working with others, and just having that comradery of working together on the same goal. Knowing that i'm not the only one that's stressed, but we're in it together.

we're not driven hard or expectations aren't too high or there isn't a feeling of micromanagement. It's good to know that hard work is appreciated, and positive reinforcement is something I like to have. Just to give extra motivation.
