
Overall, it's OK. I would not recommend HelloFresh to people because of the leaders, and the fast-paced environment can sometimes hinder work/life balance. However, if you are on the right team and a good manager you have a lot of development opportunities - but that can be anywhere.
The people are what make the culture.

There needs to be a shift in the way leaders are leading. They are not transparent enough for a company they want to move so quickly.
The employee discount is unbeatable, especially with the price of groceries right now. A note is that the company is not great at highlighting all the benefits, so I do feel I am missing out on a ton.
