I think compensation should be evaluated every 6 months to stay competitive
Honestly, I don't really know them and would like more opportunities to hear/see them speak
Love the ERGs! It's a great way to network and build an addition to our culture

We are great collaborators and give constructive feedback -we all want the best for each other and the organization
The company culture is there, it's ok - but I never feel it in the same way that I feel my team culture
We are collaborative, thoughtful, and insightful. My coworkers are my biggest sounding boards who make me think in ways I did not even know I was capable of.
As we are always upping the hourly wage for our associates, (which is great), I feel like the levels closest to them should also be evaluated.. from recent findings in my market, there is $8 that separate my pay from an hourly associate.
Honestly, outside of all-hands calls and emails, I don't know much about our ELT, they seem inaccessible. My team's leadership however, is amazing. They are my biggest champions, supporters, and advocates. Through the ways they make me feel valued, I push myself harder to do a good job.
