Inclusive, understanding and humane. Always willing to listen and allowing freedom of expression both personally and professionally.

Collaborative and supportive, easy to share ideas and be received positively, being creative and outside the box is accepted

I am very new to HelloFresh and culture, but from what I can observe, everyone is mindful, respectful, intelligent, and willing to share any support needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like my work makes an impact in the grand scheme of our success. Knowing that the products we provide the consume world are also making an impact everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have met some great colleagues always willing to say hello or help in a bind. I am an individual contributor but always have wonderful interactions when working on projects with others.
