in the short time ive been with this company I feel like the way I look at previous work environments have changed. I truly feel lucky to work for a company that only takes care of me but aligns with my personal beliefs and values.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
company has been amazing however on a hub level there is a lot of tension and disfunction on interactions with hub managers and supervisors and zero between hub manager and warehouse even after it is promised to happen. no one feels heard and are constantly walking on eggshells due to hub manager

my relationships with the onsites

the amount of time off and the $0 health benefits

addressing issues that are brought up to stop hostile work environments in hubs
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
petty attitudes and addressing issues instead of letting it fester to where there is minimal interactions between them
What makes you most happy at work?
That it is a low stress environment. I feel like I'm more productive due to that and want to work harder for the overall goal

That our team truly cares and wants each other to succeed and if there is anything anyone needs at any time no one hesitates to jump in to help

That I am able to have a work life balance and its not just coming home to go back to work. Im able to enjoy my time off as well as the employee discount program helps with cost of every day life

What I enjoy most about the leadership team here at Hello Fresh is that they don't just look at you as a number. You are a person, and everyone is invested in the success and wellbeing of each other. You truly matter and so does your wellbeing

This is the first place Ive ever worked where I look forward coming into work and collaborating with my team. We truly have each other's back and have a safe environment to where we all can thrive as well as build relationships. If I have a question, I can go to anyone for help or incite
