I do feel that the company works towards being more inclusive.

My co-workers are hardworking and professional. We come from many backgrounds.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that our customer care team is always the last to know about anything happening in the company, if we are informed at all. I feel the company is focused only in HQ or the DC that they do not invest in the Mulberry office or those of us that work there at all.
