
If we got annual bonuses and cost of living wage increases. The company is greedy.
The are not giving out any cost-of-living wage increases when we have the worst inflation in 40 years. Shame on the leadership.
1. Compensation increases 2. Acknowledging people's hard work 3. Better definition from leadership about scope/boundaries of tribes work (from VP level and up)
We could meet more often in person. Working on a remote team is difficult. Some team members need to upskill (both tech/dev skills and product skills)
Swag, I have worked here a year and haven't received a single piece of swag. I also haven't gotten a thank you from the company or my manager for working 50+ hours per week for a year. I don't know how HF expects to retain people when they treat them so poorly.
