What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are inclusive, transparent, and work function as horizontal team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everything about HelloFresh makes me happy, but if I had to choose one it will be the ability to grow with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that HelloFresh is very involved with their employees. The catered lunches, office perks, happy hours, and marketing partnerships are great. The pre-screening of Guardians of the Galaxy and the Triva were awesome! I love it here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is open and always willing to help. I've never felt ashamed or scared to ask a question. We all seem very happy to be a part of HelloFresh and enjoy our work regardless of how stressful it can be at times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that I am undervalued, in fact, I feel like a valuable member of my team. I do feel that the pay for my role is not market rate and could be improved especially for a company that considers them self to be a part of the "tech" industry.
