I love solving problems through data. I am thrilled when I can help my team work more efficiently through a dash that I created.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the same office, there are two people that were hired within 6 months of my hire date that were paid higher than me at my level. One is making $7000 more than me at my level and office location. We have the same analytical and tech skills. This info was brought up when someone left the company.
