Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It was great in the beginning but after working here for so long and trying my hardest to improve myself and my skills, it's always been met with a brick wall. I can't grow within this company and there isn't a way to. There's always talks about retaining top talent but nothing is being done

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicaiton and being respectful towards subordiantes

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication and responsibility. They are not doing their jobs and for whatever reason the "gap" isnt noticed

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Provide career development at ALL levels. If you see a team is stuck and cant develop why arent you helping them? Please help retain employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work has gotten overwhelming, people have gotten lazy and management has gotten worse. I cant provide a solution for this. Im too busy drowning in work

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Accolade your employees, listen to your employees and actually process and internalize what they are saying to you. The company needs to reevaluate their managers and leadership.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are able to communicate well enough to get our tasks done and delegate our tasks without the help of our leaders, but keep in mind these are the ones who are performing, not the ones underperforming.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

COMMUNICATION; There isn't an open and honest two way communication. Leadership loves hiding information from us and NEVER get back to us or explain why things are changing. RETENTION; what is HelloFresh ACTIVELY doing to retain employees, where's the development and growth?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are not being listened to, we are not being invovled with decisions, everything that is coming down from leadership isn't properly communicated and all it feels like is "THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW AND YOU"RE GOING TO DEAL WITH IT"

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My work load has increased significantally and there has been little to no effort to recognize the unbalanced work load. No talks about reworking failing projects, no career development and anytime i would like to address an issue it's always a brick wall

I am undervalued. I constantly exceed my work and I get nothing in return. My team doesn't see any bonus, I don't get any recognition for the constant hard work im doing when there are people on the team constantly underperforming. Now all the hard work I do is expected,
