We work together to solve problems and do not have many cases where people are climbing over eachother to get ahead.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New employees are paid significantly more than existing employees at their level. Employees in the same function in other business units are paid disproportionately higher for less effort and value provided.
