We work together well and look out for each other.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to get better at COMMUNICATION and STANDARDIZATION. Both are VERY poor.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management is poor at communication and standardization. Each shift does things different than the other. Management does not care about the front line leadership. They seem to hire from WalMart and Amazon ONLY. There is NO INTERNAL PROMOTION!!!!!
