Everyone's passion for the job is extremely encouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of networking opportunities and fun meeting new people through the ERGs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Receiving feedback from associates Listening for understanding and not just to parrot a corporate response
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of tension throughout the teams in our shared spaces, it triggers my anxiety much of the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being told in Q2 that there will likely be no upward mobility is pretty discouraging and doesn't provide anything for me to want to push much harder. Also the entire team is doing the same job, regardless of role and the pay discrepancy is pretty large throughout.
