I was surprised to see so many people when they have such a high turnover rate cause of the coldness
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There really isnt...I work overnight otherwise I would be at 15 and there wouldn't be a difference and I wouldn't accept 15 for that amount of standing and rudeness from your leads and managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having patience with employees and understanding that when they rush people to move faster on the production line mistakes will be made. I literally heard a lead complain about people on the line when all she had to do was go to then and say a few words to motivate them. Everyone isn't a leader
