What does the leadership team need to get better at?

You can NOT make anyone stay until you want them to. If an employee leaves thats on them. You can write them up. But when you try to physically restrain people from leaving thats called kidnapping. Very cult like management structure. Your supervisors are god apparently. And way too friendly withHR
