Help Scout Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

The entire team is curious, helpful, and comprised of good people.

Everyone is really good at their craft and wants the team to collectively succeed.

The ability to produce high quality work with full transparency across teams.

We're a remote team, yet I feel closer to my teammates than many colocated companies I worked for, because everyone makes an effort to take share and take interest in one another.

I work with brilliant and genuinely caring people. I feel pushed to do better but well taken care of even if I make a mistake.

Super high quality, everyone goes above and beyond to help, the team is very inclusive.

Some of the brightest and most passionate people I've ever worked with

Review from Engineering Dept

Meetings are short, concise, with a specific objective and based on the importance of them and/or if people missed them, they'll be recorded and shared so you can watch them later on your own time.

Review from Engineering Dept

We have a wealth of experiences and talents, and -- perhaps because we're all self-starters, accustomed to working in our own spaces and time-zones -- we tend to be confident and level-headed. We're also helpful and polite -- the support-driven culture applies inside as well as out.

Review from Engineering Dept

They are easily my favorite people that I've ever worked with! Friendly, smart, funny, hardworking, helpful.

Empathy, thoughtfulness, bias towards action, servant leadership

Review from Engineering Dept

For a small company, Help Scout is full of brilliant A-players. I learn something every time I talk to my coworkers.

We are all well-suited to our roles and can collaborate easily. There's a strong culture of knowledge sharing here at Help Scout.

Really great team full of super talented people. We're lucky to be able to be very selective in our hiring, so you wind up working with some of the top people in their fields.

Review from Engineering Dept
