Good at ground level , but unless you are favoured by management and dont rock the boat by pointing out problems you will never get anywhere. Expect to be in the same job on the same salary in 5 years.

Stop making assurances and promises that in reality are never adhered to or achieved.

Routine same daily , no chance to discuss , and very little ongoing training or variation.

Needs to stop making employees feel isolated , and to address issues rather than sweep them under the carpet

Directors need to engage with employees rather than listen to middle managers who are inept , lazy , and out of their depth

No career reviews or cost of living rises , ever increasing workloads without any compensation , no interest from management except to say how lucky you are to have a job.
