I feel like the medical benefits are set up so that the company doesn't have to put out as much money rather than for the benefit of the employees.
Fast food workers make more money than I do and they don't have to plunge clogged toilets. I would expect at least hazard pay for this job duty as well as .50 more for working the night shift over day shift. Front desk workers with bad attitude and low guest experience scores are compensated same

Long hours, unreasonable expectations. Investing on everything except the employees. Low pay all around at least for front line employees, terrible benefits. Literally bare minimum of what is expected in the industry.

Pay increase for the extremely hard work they expect you too do.
We have to wear masks, sanatize everything, have to have covid shots, have to do so much and they only pay us $10 an hour at the fromt desk. Not to mention they couldnt even bother to put up sneeze guards.
Every hotel around us get paid more. We have a manager that just cares about himself not the guest nor employees
