Guest and at one point when we had all our other Gm who had faith in us conducted meets with all us and didn't discuss our personal buisness with the other mangers. When we could simple be us but know how to at around guest.

Poor work ethic and office politics
Our property is majorly out dated, our amenities are down and need repair. Our handicap guests are limited on rooms due to the elevator being out of service for so long. This property is a shame for Marriott standards
