What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers just hate their jobs and refuse to do work, so it falls on the nightshift
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing really. My AGM is the only good thing about the place but everytime she tries to make this place better, the GM shuts it down.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to listen to the employees that actuakly make the place run. GMs are lying about how good the company is doing while the rest of us do their jobs for them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have to wear masks, sanatize everything, have to have covid shots, have to do so much and they only pay us $10 an hour at the fromt desk. Not to mention they couldnt even bother to put up sneeze guards.
